The 2nd Time Around Project to Continue
Imperial Pacific International donated 50 boxes of clothes to 11 nonprofit organizations and government agencies as part of IPI’s 2nd Time Around Project.
The donated clothes included slacks/pants, shirts, jackets, among other clothing items.
IPI’s Corporate Social Responsibility team made the donations to the Office on Aging, the Empty Vessel Ministry, the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program-HOPE Recovery Center, Women’s Affairs Office, Ayuda Network, Respite Care Service Program, Domestic Violence Awareness Coalition, Veterans Affairs Office, Commonwealth Women’s Association and Karidat.
The 2nd Time Around Project was launched last year initially in partnership with the CNMI Drug Court. Since then, IPI-CSR has expanded the initiative to include nonprofit organizations and other government agencies, including the CNMI Office of Substance Abuse and Rehabilitation-HOPE Recovery Center whose participants are trying to rebuild their lives.
